Returns & Refunds
All items are personalised and made to order.
Because of the custom nature of these products, returns and refunds cannot be accepted for change of mind, incorrect spelling entered at checkout, or design choices approved by the customer.
A digital proof is sent for approval before production. Please keep an eye on your email, as orders cannot move forward until approval is received. Once a proof has been approved, the order will be printed and dispatched and cannot be changed or cancelled.
Please check all personalisation details carefully before confirming approval.
If your order arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so the issue can be resolved quickly.
Our aim is always to ensure you receive a product you are happy with, and we will work with you to fix genuine problems.
